Ingredients
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 6-oz. jar pesto sauce
- 1/4 cup flour
- 32 fl. oz. broth
- 16 oz. tortellini
- 8-oz. jar sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 large handfuls baby spinach
Directions
- Form the pork sausage into tiny meatballs, the size of marbles. Cook in a large, deep pan until done and remove from pan to drain.
- Add broth to pan to deglaze and then whisk in the pesto sauce and the flour.
- Add the tortellini and cook until al dente
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes, spinach and meatballs, cook until warmed through.
